TJ belongs to the Retirement Plans & Employee Benefits Groups of Equitable Advisors and uses the tools, resources, and knowledge of his role there to help clients establish suitable plans for life and asset protection, long-term care, college savings accounts, major purchases, retirement, individual and employee benefits as well as company financial solutions, such as 401(a), 401(k), 403(b), 457(b), Simple, SEP plans and ancillary group benefits, such as group life, dental, vision, short- & long-term disability and long-term care. TJ works with individual and group healthcare plans, most notably, Affordable Care Act (ACA) Healthcare & Medicare for individuals and company Healthcare & Medicare retiree plans, as well as medical, dental, vision, cancer & stroke, and hospital indemnity plans.

Additionally, TJ can educate clients on their Social Security benefits rights, to what they are entitled as individuals, spouses, ex-spouses, and widows(ers), what steps are necessary for them to claim their benefits, and most importantly, WHEN will be the optimal time to claim their benefits, as each person’s scenario will be different.  TJ facilitates group seminars/webinars for company staff as well as one-on-one consultations to provide clients with their own customized report, which would detail all their benefit options and the BIG question of WHEN to claim their benefits.
